Kelsey Tidwell

My name is Kelsey, and I have lived in Southern California all of my life. I have been practicing dental hygiene for about two years. I always knew that I wanted to work in the healthcare field in some capacity, but once I discovered hygiene, I knew that was for me. I pride myself on having a good rapport with each patient and tailor to their specific needs and personalities.

I love making patients feel like new, where they are happy to smile again and get excited about having a fresh start where they can practice good hygiene habits that they previously did not have. My favorite part is when they return for their maintenance appointment, and they have completely changed their behavior regarding the care of their oral cavity.

During my free time, traveling is something that I have always wanted to do, so I am trying to find a balance to do that as I really enjoy seeing new places. I am mostly a homebody, so staying home and spending time with my 11-year-old daughter is my favorite thing to do. We watch movies and enjoy cooking together. When I get time to myself, I enjoy watching any true crime show so I can play a part-time detective.
